Do you want to eat better, maintain a healthy body, and desire overall wellness? Are you are overwhelmed at the notion of changing your diet and eating habits? Want to get rid of the poor quality ingredients and replace your shelves with wholesome food; just don’t know where to start? Healthy eating starts at home with a well-stocked and well-organized pantry and fridge. I will come into your home and take you on a tour of your very own kitchen. Together you will get to purge the pantry of any processed and refined foods in order to transition into more wholesome nutritious items. We will spend time discussing food and ingredients to avoid and learn what foods are best to keep on hand for fast, healthy meals and snacks. You will also learn how to best organize your pantry and fridge to maximize your time in the kitchen. Allow me to help clean out your pantry and organize your shelves so that you have all the tools you need to eat healthy. Initial Consultation is needed prior to this service. Can be sold with or without a Nutritional Plan.
