Service Description

The initial session involves an assessment of your current lifestyle and goals to determine the best strategies to obtain your results (because let's face it, we are all different and what suits one person doesn't suit others). A detailed questionnaire will be used to help me build a detailed picture of your lifestyle, eating habits, injuries, medical history and any concerns you have about your health and well-being. A body composition assessment will also provide me with a valid and reliable way to analyze your body composition. I am trained to accurately and precisely assess your body composition using a series of measurements, body fat % and girth measurements. This will help tailor dietary and or training strategies to achieve your goals and track changes over time. Before and after pictures are strongly recommended but optional. A Follow-up appointment will be important to ensure you are achieving your goals and sustaining any dietary lifestyle strategies. Let's get started!
